Project Management
Rhumb is experienced in various project management methodologies including PRINCE2 (Projects IN Controlled Environments), PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) and Agile software development. Rhumb Project Managers apply these methodologies to the delivery of technology projects and programs in the public and private sector.
Our people have managed projects ranging in value up to several hundred million dollars, supervising multi-disciplinary teams, engaging with internal and external stakeholders, governance committees, company boards, systems integrators, vendors and other professional and technology services organisations.
Rhumb staff can perform within client project teams, adhering to client processes and practices, or can perform the complete project management function autonomously, with in-house project managers, commercial specialists, systems engineers, drafting and administration support.
